Our client based in Alpharetta, GA is seeking Data Architect/DBA with following skills and experience:
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 12 months (contract to hire)
Qualification/Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree and substantial working experience in technology services in an academic environment are required.
At least five years of professional database administration experience
Proficiency using software application packages
In-depth understanding of data architecture methodologies
The ability to design a proper data architecture by looking at the data
A strong desire to implement data governance best practices
Collaborative and cooperative approach to leadership and management
Managerial, organizational, analytic, and problem solving skills
Initiative, creativity, and motivation skills
Speaking, listening, writing, and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of vendors, service providers, and regulatory agencies
Ability to facilitate productive meetings and work successfully in a team-oriented environment
Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformational environment with frequent changes and shifting priorities
Client prefers local candidates as there will be a F2F interview after phone screen
