About the Role

We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join a high-performance team within the building materials industry. This role is all about hustle, relationship-building, and delivering next-level service to contractors, project managers, and internal teams. You’ll be the go-to voice on the phone and the key connector between customer needs and product solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with contractors and vendors

• Enter and process orders, prepare quotes, and track shipments

• Recommend products and upsell based on project needs

• Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure delivery timelines

• Build relationships with repeat customers and resolve issues quickly

• Stay current on inventory, new product lines, and supplier offerings

• Use CRM tools to manage accounts and follow-ups

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

• 2–5 years in inside sales, preferably in construction/building supply or a related industry

• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with trade clients

• High attention to detail — you double check the double check

• Experience with order entry systems, MS Office, and CRMs

• You can juggle quotes, customer calls, and inventory updates without breaking a sweat

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
