The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
- Finishing of dentures.
- Manage daily job task assignments to keep production running at high levels of efficiency. Use past experience and successes to effectively troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Review final work to confirm that quality standards have been met
- Clean work area daily.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Knowledge tooth anatomy
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to articulate according to Rx
- Knowledge of materials (i.e. stones, acrylic)
- Identify through Impressions margins
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience or skill in one or more of the skills associated with a Dental Laboratory Technician.
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
- Acrylic, Walnut Shells, General Purpose Cleaner
- Lathe, Shellblaster, Handpiece, Ultrasonic Cleaner, Air Chisel
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach.
- Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions.
- Read and interpret prescriptions and other required documentation.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information.
- Vision capabilities: depth perception, attention to detail, and/or color.
