Your Impact:

We are seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager. This role serves as the intersection point for our clients, project team, consultants, internal leadership, and other project stakeholders. For you, that means a dynamic and challenging experience, with tremendous potential for career growth and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including design concept, project requirements, drawing and specification development, and construction administration
  • Manage client and team (internal and external) coordination and communication
  • Provide advanced working knowledge of other disciplines for guidance in building detailing, building science, envelope, and building systems
  • Provide review and revisions to renderings, animations, and construction documents
  • Apply project presentation and meeting communication skills
  • Prepare proposals and project scope, including setting project fees and timelines
  • Report to the Principal-in-Charge for each project, providing project status updates on a regular basis

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Experience: At least 10 years of job-related experience
  • Licensure/Certification: Registered Architect or pursuing Architecture licensure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with projects in the mixed-use and multifamily residential markets
  • Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment
