What You'll Do:

Technical Expertise: Produce detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes.

Client Advocate: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning and functional spaces.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of both interior design and architectural principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure.
LEED accreditation.
Experience with a variety of project types, including commercial, residential, and hospitality.
