In this role you will:
- Have a current RN license in good standing in the state in which the community is located.
- Perform RN responsibilities in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching team members in the proper performance of nurse delegated tasks.
- Communicate and interact with residents, families and team members in line with New Perspective values.
- Support quality care and data collection initiatives.
- Champion hospitality when providing customer service to community residents and their families.
- Other duties as assigned.
