About the Company:

Our client is a leading asset manager within the digital assets industry that offers a variety of public and private investment products.

Responsibilities:

Perform selected operational functions for various investment products
Create and maintain operational workflows and procedures
Liaise with the firm’s service providers including its transfer agent, external counsel, banking, and brokerage partners
Assist in the maintenance of investor records and data
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operational framework and processes
Assist in the implementation, performance, and documentation of internal controls

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years of investment management operations experience
Experience at a financial services company
Experience related to SOX 404 internal control compliance
Series 7 preferred

Salary Range:

$75,000-$95,000
