Our client is a private investment firm providing capital for long-term growth and acquisitions for businesses in the healthcare, industrial, and commercial industries. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the treasury operations and ensuring effective cash management practices across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Review cash flow forecasts and monitor daily cash balances
Monitor the status of bank account balances, reviewing fund transfers, and reconciliation of bank statements
Oversee the process of opening and closing bank accounts
Manage the opening of escrow accounts
Oversee the KYC process for new and existing banking relationships
Review payment requests and ensure compliance with company policies
Monitor payments put into the financial system to ensure accuracy
Conduct periodic reviews of AP processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
7-10 years of treasury experience
Proficient in treasury management systems and online banking platforms
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking and treasury operations
Strong knowledge of financial management principles and cash management practices
