Here's what you'll need to bring to the table:

License: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience: 15+ years of relevant electrical design experience, with a strong portfolio in healthcare and complex projects. Proven experience in leadership roles and team mentorship.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, etc.).
Communication: Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering staff.
Business Acumen: Business development acumen is a strong plus.
