Job Description

ISN is seeking an Alternate Contract Manager to help run a large government contract providing mortgage loan servicing to the federal government. Must have prior experience running a large contract or program as a Project Manager, Director, or Vice President.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Running a large mortgage servicing program.
Providing project management, strategic planning, budget compliance and effective risk management to identify opportunities to reduce costs.
Proven track record of guiding staff in providing exceptional customer service.
Providing oversight and guidance of activities related to staffing, budget development, program coordination, training and compliance, quality management, and other related work in a mortgage servicing environment.

Qualifications

Reverse and forward Mortgage Servicing Experience
Relevant Project Management Experience
Staffing Experience
Experience Developing Budgets
Program Coordination Experience
Strategic Planning Experience
Experience ensuring Quality Management
All relevant experience must be from within the last three years to qualify.
