Job Description

ISN is seeking an Alternate Contract Manager to help run a large government contract providing mortgage loan servicing to the federal government. Must have prior experience running a large contract or program as a Project Manager, Director, or Vice President.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Running a large mortgage servicing program.
• Providing project management, strategic planning, budget compliance and effective risk management to identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Proven track record of guiding staff in providing exceptional customer service.
• Providing oversight and guidance of activities related to staffing, budget development, program coordination, training and compliance, quality management, and other related work in a mortgage servicing environment.

• Reverse and forward Mortgage Servicing Experience
• Relevant Project Management Experience
• Staffing Experience
• Experience Developing Budgets
• Program Coordination Experience
• Strategic Planning Experience
• Experience ensuring Quality Management
• All relevant experience must be from within the last three years to qualify.
