Job Description
This is a unique opportunity that calls for a motivated, hard-working, and highly analytical Finance professional to join the Client Services Global Finance team. This Senior Financial Analyst will support several businesses within the Client Services team with regards to in-depth business planning, reporting, business-case development/modeling, and expense management.
The ideal candidate will have a background in financial and general business analysis, preferably with a public company, and demonstrated experience collaborating across functions in a global, matrixed organization. Prior FP&A, banking, or audit experience highly valued.
Essential Functions
Leads the coordination, organization and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Examples of activities include traditional budgeting and forecasting, month end close and enhanced financial/business reporting, business case development and business planning support.
Establishes and maintains relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) in the business and serves as a key point of contact for finance issues.
Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business.
Applies overall analytical skills and experience to become a highly valued business partner.
Demonstrates well-developed strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Is team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Operates with minimal supervision and is able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.
Identifies and implements changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
This role can be based in either Foster City, CA, or Miami FL
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Experience in financial and general business analysis, preferably with a public company
• Can collaborate across functions in a global, matrixed organization.
• Prior FP&A, banking, or audit experience highly valued.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100,700 to 171,750 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
