About the role
Our client is seeking an Account Manager to deliver the best experience for their financial clients. This unique position will be responsible for managing our global and well respected client base with the goal of expanding our usage within the firm and ensuring their happiness and renewal of our service. You will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs and identifying opportunities to grow accounts by meeting those needs.
The role requires strong interpersonal, account management and sales skills. The ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast paced environment is essential. Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred. Additionally, experience with Salesforce.com would make for an ideal candidate.
Ideal Qualifications for the Account Manager:
1-2 years of Sales or Account Management experience
Experience establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Ability to proactively assess, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Business Development or Account Management Experience
Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
Bachelor’s Degree
Detail oriented, disciplined and organized
Someone who gets a kick out of making customers successful
