Our client is a woman-owned construction company with an annual revenue of $15 million a year. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance along with building out the accounting and finance function, implementing processes, and overall helping to set the company up for more growth.
Responsibilities:
Owning all monthly close activities
Monthly financial reporting company wide
Comparison of monthly and year-to-date actuals to budgets
Quarterly reporting to banks including statement of cash flow and WIP
Semi-annual and annual reporting including footnotes
Annual preparation of budgets with divisions and semi-annual updates
Other projects as directed by owners
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
8-12 years of related experience within the construction industry
