EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree and 5 - 7 years related experience in CNC / CAM environment and or other machining industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have experience in basic CNC software programming, which should include MasterCam. Familiar with HAAS – CNC & VMC equipment; set-ups and calling programs. Familiar with inspection equipment, dial calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, indicator set ups, gage calibrations for the Inspection of products for conformance. Proven leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate with both business and technical audiences. Exceptional problem solving and customer relations skills.
