JOB DESCRIPTION :
Key Skills that are needed: ASP.net MVC, C#, WebAPI/REST, SQL.
Job Requirements:
- Understand the requirements for specific business systems
- Work cross functionally through the SDLC to drive development into production
- Candidate will be developing brand new internal, web based solution for a customer application
- Candidate must be able to work with the business team and other software developers in completing software enhancements
- Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the testing and deployment of additional features and functionality that may include other object oriented technologies
- Candidate will be responsible for adding functionality to newly developed dashboards
Knowledge/Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills to design, develop, and maintain software solutions, independently and in team environment
- Will be able to multitask and organize priorities on a daily process and communicate effectively.
- Candidate must have excellent analytical skills
- Candidate will be working in a team environment and supporting overall objectives
- Handle several projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
- Produce high quality work while under significant deadline pressure
Technical Skills Needed:
- ASP.NET
- MVC pattern knowledge
- Web API; Restful or Soap – must be able to consume
- .NET platform 4.0 or higher
- Experience building web based application on a .NET platform
- Experience designing and building robust, modular, well-abstracted and maintainable JavaScript- ideally with one or more MVC frameworks
- Proven experience of utilizing APIs to achieve impactful data visualization and user experience
- Understanding of common design patterns such as Factory Pattern, Repository Pattern, etc.
- Preferred experience/understanding of common agile design principles such as the S.O.L.I.D. programming techniques
