Apartment Maintenance Technician – The Reserve at Sawmill
Location: Milford, DE
Starting Pay: $23.00/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance
Schedule: Monday–Friday

WPM Real Estate Management is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserve at Sawmill in Milford, DE. If you're hands-on, solution-oriented, and take pride in maintaining high standards across apartment communities, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to daily maintenance requests and work orders

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC issues

  • Perform plumbing and electrical repairs

  • Prep, hang, and sand drywall

  • Repair and maintain appliances

  • Paint apartments and common areas

  • Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained

  • Assist with snow removal as needed

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance (nights, weekends, holidays)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of residential or site maintenance experience preferred

  • Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

  • Ability to troubleshoot minor electrical systems and perform general repairs

  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

  • Comfortable with ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs

  • High school diploma or equivalent
