Apartment Maintenance Technician – The Reserve at Sawmill
Location: Milford, DE
Starting Pay: $23.00/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance
Schedule: Monday–Friday
WPM Real Estate Management is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserve at Sawmill in Milford, DE. If you're hands-on, solution-oriented, and take pride in maintaining high standards across apartment communities, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:

Respond to daily maintenance requests and work orders

Diagnose and repair HVAC issues

Perform plumbing and electrical repairs

Prep, hang, and sand drywall
-
Repair and maintain appliances
-
Paint apartments and common areas
-
Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained
-
Assist with snow removal as needed
-
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance (nights, weekends, holidays)
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of residential or site maintenance experience preferred
-
Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
-
Ability to troubleshoot minor electrical systems and perform general repairs
-
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
-
Comfortable with ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs

High school diploma or equivalent
