Our client is a digital marketing solutions firm that helps retailers identify and target their key customers. The Staff Accountant will assist with account reconciliations, the monthly close process, and maintaining financial records and reports for the firm.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
Setup contracts, invoice schedules, and send invoices
Apply cash to customer accounts
Accurately maintain system information
Preparing account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines
Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits
Ensuring compliance with GAAP
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting role
