Hype Tier is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Louisville, KY. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-desk service while managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff members
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Support various departments with basic administrative duties
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documents

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
