Our client, a business-focused law firm services clients of all sizes and industries across the United States, has an immediate need for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney, to join their winning team in Chicago.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
You have 3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including very strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills;
You have case management experience, and ideally have taken the lead in oral arguments, taken/defended depositions, and have significant party and third-party discovery experience;
You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; and
You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois.
