Description:
Scrum Master for a Houston-based team supporting windows active directory, PKI certificate servers, and other elements of the Client tier 0 security environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

Encourages team to make and meet execution commitments and removes impediments to the team.
Encourages the team to establish and adhere to quality standards.
Facilitates team ceremonies – Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospectives to guide work execution & Continuous Improvement.
Implements effective backlog management; Keep the status of all work up to date in the backlog through backlog grooming in order to generate standard metrics to improve team performance.
Collaborates with the Staff Development Manager, Product Owner, System Architect and Delivery Team to establish and update Working Agreements on execution plans, priorities, capacity, definition of ready, definition of done.
Collaborates with Release Train Engineer in Scrum of Scrum and helps to facilitate PI planning.
Facilitates skills assessment activities (i.e. “Skills Bingo”) to ensure team is prepared for work commitments.
Ensures Azure DevOps (ADO) Core Fields are completed.
Incident Management – keep track of aging tickets and help team resolve incidents timely
Coordinates team building activities.

Required Experience:
3-5 years’ experience leading Agile teams
Proficiency with MS Azure DevOps Boards

Preferred Experience:
SAFe Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master Certification
Infrastructure support or Windows engineering background
