Job Description :
Required Skills:
Level 2 / Level 3 Experience in configuration, installation and troubleshooting of Avaya AES servers
Experience in Avaya Business Communication Solution (ACD, PBX, AES), Avaya Gateway Administration,
Administration experience on Verint & NICE, Avaya Call Recorder
Experience in Networking and VoIP
Experience in Avaya Voice Portal / IVR Design and Development
Update Microsoft patches on NICE systems
IVR Builds, Migrate application files etc.,
IVR Patching Experience
Experience in performing changes to PBX routing
Participate in DR activities
Experience in documenting the knowledge articles, run book and contribute to the KEDB
Vendor co-ordination for hardware and software related issues
Experience with Migration activities
Good Communication, Leadership, Problem Solving and Root Cause analysis skills
Excellent ability to multitask
Effective working independently or as part of a team
Good at Process creation and efficiency improvement | | | |
