Responsibilities
Performs comprehensive assessments, evaluations and re-evaluations on patients to establish plan of care and goals. Performs patient treatment according to Speech Language Pathology procedures of modalities, therapeutic exercise, dysphagia training and other accepted methods. Communicates pertinent information verbally or written to physician, other staff members, patients/caregivers.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
One (1) year recent clinical experience.
