Description:
Techno Functional Oracle HCM Cloud Architect – Having both the Functional and Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications, including Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Security.
Requirement gathering, GAP Analysis, Design, Configuring, development and testing of the applications and the CEMLI objects.
Responsibilities:
Application setups, data loading, develop integrations using HCM Extracts design document preparations, test script preparation, configuration and training document preparation, attending design workshops, conduct application demos/flows, co-ordination with Leads and relevant other teams, status reporting, fix functional anomalies, manage Service Requests and help the team for cross skilling.
Qualifications:
Functional Modules in Oracle HCM – Global HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, Compensation & Security
Technical Skills – OTBI reporting, BI Publisher reporting, HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts
5+ years with minimum with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
1)Years of experience required for position -- >10+ years in Oracle HR
Applications and 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
2)Location for the position – SFO, CA
