Job Description:
Growing/expanding existing accounts/relationships
Exposure to digital technologies
Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities and grow accounts
Execute business/sales strategy to expand existing customer usage through upsells, renewals, and proactive account management
Develop customized programs to meet client’s IT needs
Provide consultations about ITC offerings
Build positive and productive relationships with clients
Work in compliance with company standards and business guidelines
Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans
Regularly interact with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Pre-Sales, leveraging multiple groups to expand current client usage while providing feedback to further refine our product focus, market messaging, and campaigns
