Job Description:
  • Growing/expanding existing accounts/relationships
  • Exposure to digital technologies
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities and grow accounts
  • Execute business/sales strategy to expand existing customer usage through upsells, renewals, and proactive account management
  • Develop customized programs to meet client’s IT needs
  • Provide consultations about ITC offerings
  • Build positive and productive relationships with clients
  • Work in compliance with company standards and business guidelines
  • Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Regularly interact with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Pre-Sales, leveraging multiple groups to expand current client usage while providing feedback to further refine our product focus, market messaging, and campaigns
