Job Description:
- Growing/expanding existing accounts/relationships
- Exposure to digital technologies
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities and grow accounts
- Execute business/sales strategy to expand existing customer usage through upsells, renewals, and proactive account management
- Develop customized programs to meet client’s IT needs
- Provide consultations about ITC offerings
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients
- Work in compliance with company standards and business guidelines
- Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans
- Regularly interact with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Pre-Sales, leveraging multiple groups to expand current client usage while providing feedback to further refine our product focus, market messaging, and campaigns
