Blue Print Out is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate and comprehensive information

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow communication scripts and company procedures

  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and call handling

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during challenging situations

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
