About the Company:

Our client is an accounting, tax advisory, and compliance firm catering to high-net-worth individuals. The Bookkeeper will provide diversified administrative and day-to-day financial support for the firm.

Responsibilities:

Manage vendor relationships, requests, and payments
Manage the AP process
Perform monthly reconciliations of client credit cards
Assist with year-end reporting of 1099s
Resolve issues or discrepancies with clients’ accounts, bill pay, or invoices
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Respond to client requests and inquiries

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
3-5 years of bookkeeping and AP experience
Experience with QuickBooks
Client service mindset
Conduct work with a high degree of confidentiality

Salary Range:

$70,000-$100,000
