Our client, a law firm with offices throughout the world, has an immediate need for an experienced General Liability Defense Attorney, to join our growing team in Garden City.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Experience w General Liability Defense, Property Damage, and Labor Law Defense.
Premises liability and construction/work site accidents would be a huge plus.
Trial experience preferred but not required.
Must be admitted in NY and NJ, CT, FL, PA admission a plus.
Experience must be in areas besides Auto/Workers Comp
Strong research and writing skills.
Exceptional writing and analytical skills
Dedicated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
Superior organizational and time-management skills
An ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, as well as adversaries and courts
Excellent interpersonal, networking and business development skills
