About the Company:
Our client is a 500 person mid-sized health tech insurance provider. The CFO will lead the organization’s finance operations including people, processes, and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic finance leader and business partner to the CEO and Executive team
- Manage processes for financial forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations including working capital, capital expenditures, banking, accounting, audits, tax and pricing
- Ensure that revenue streams are budgeted, monitored, and tracked by creating and regularly reconciling annual business plans with primary revenue generators
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses
- Maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations
- Work with management to develop risk mitigation and other related strategies
- Manage financial systems and proactively improve processes upon discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 10-20 years of financial leadership experience
- Experience in a middle market company
- Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry preferred
- CPA required
Salary Range:
$250,000-$350,000
