Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Neptune, NJ office. This office services pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in Monmouth County.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License/RN License
• Physical 
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• MMR or Titers
• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR (BLS Provider)

Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one care in the home
• Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
