Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure community facilities are well maintained
- Schedule and participate in maintenance projects
- Perform plumbing work such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, zone valves, pipe sections, etc
- Perform carpentry work such as fitting doors, replacing molding, repairing structural framing, and refinishing floors
- Clean grounds, and common areas
- Paint, tape and spackle
- Repair concrete, masonry, roofing and fences
- Maintain and Monitor HVAC systems
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, turnovers, annual inspections, inventories and purchase orders
- Recommend improvements at facilities and/or services
- Ensure work is completed as assigned, within the specified timeframe the amount allocated
- On-Call for Emergencies
- Other duties assigned
