Description:
-Minimum 15 years-experience leading the end-to-end SAP ERP customer engagement - from Opportunity identification, to Stakeholder Management, planning and assessment engagements, proposal, design through deployment
-Minimum of 8 end to end SAP ERP engagements
-Minimum of 4 SAP S/4 engagements
-Development and success creating SAP S/4 go-to-market offers, tools and accelerators
-Business case development and selling to stakeholders
-Proven ability to connect with, partner with SAP
-Very deep industry-sector experience, analytical capability, and SAP solution advisory in one Primary industry, 2-3 Secondary industries
-Well-rounded, current advisory capability on SAP S/4 (all domains), RISE, and BTP
-Ability to deal with ambiguity, problem solve, take ownership
-Strong influential personality with effective negotiating skills
-Ability to shape, adapt and improve processes
-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
-Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
-Financial acumen and budget management experience
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
