Responsibilities: Relationship management – Manage customer relationships and act as the single point of contact for the account • Develop business and achieve revenue targets • Build and progress opportunities pipeline • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. • Work in close collaboration with presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs. Be responsible for the over health of the account.
Qualifications: • 3+ Years of Experience in managing customer relationships • 8+ Years of experience in Information Technology Industry • Experience and good understanding of Banking and Capital Markets • Experience with business development planning, business development, and account growth • Led and supported activities such as customer engagement, proposal presentation, solution development for IT enterprise applications • Thorough command of English, both written and spoken.
