Job Description
The Field Operations Coordinator manages the brand equity drivers of the omni channel business within a respective Demographic Marketing Area. Managing and organizing the POSM/VM, tools, testers, toas and support items for all stores within the area. The Field Operations coordinator is responsible for strategic oversight of the operations of the Warehouse.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
Organization Strategy
- Develop a plan to organize and distribute key planning tools based on the marketing calendar.
- Create an inventory system to ensure proper allocation of goods. Noting specifically what launch, store, or account.
- Work with Business Development Manager to align with Account Executives and account team to timely deploy marketing and sales materials as needed.
- Maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse for the market
Calendar Management
- Manage and support team to fully execute the duties needed to support the market calendar.
- Maximize the market calendar to ensure all tools, POSM, VM, TOAs, samples and testers are deployed in the most efficient ways.
- Review market performance with Account Executives and collaborate with them on improvement strategies and tactics
Point of Sale Merchandising and Visual Merchandising Management
- Understand Service Channel and openly communicate with the East/West Coast Senior Merchandising manager on items needed for DIOR installations and mega distortions.
- create a pick-up or drop-off strategy for event tools.
- Support in store event preparation & Holiday Prep

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales or warehouse/ inventory organization
- Strong understanding of timelines/deadlines
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a car that is able to transport equipment (Mileage reimbursement is available)
- Must be able to bend over, stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $79,901
