CATERING EVENT BARTENDERS - Founding Farmers Catering & Events

Founding Farmers Catering & Events is seeking bartenders to join our growing events team! Reliable transportation, weekend availability, knowledge & execution of craft cocktail recipes, and previous customer service experience is all a MUST HAVE to be considered for this role.

Hourly Pay: $25/hr + Shared tips

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A BARTENDER:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms

• MUST have previous bartending experience and able to create craft cocktails

• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol

WHAT BARTENDER TRAINING TASKS MAY INCLUDE:

• Complete TIPS training prior to training behind the bar

• Pass FFC&E Catering Bartender training in order to progress

• Complete 2 Catering bartending training shifts

• Will be trained on TOAST

• Will be trained on Founding Spirits and cocktail program

WHAT BARTENDER TASKS MAY INCLUDE:

• Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages

• Collect payments from customers

• Ring accurate guest checks/Sales using TOAST

• Serve guests all beverages at events with the utmost hospitality

• Assist with loading and unloading Catering van pre and post events

• Responsible for setting up and breaking down the bar station

• Post event bar product inventory

• Be a Brand Ambassador for Founding Spirits and Founding Famers Catering & Events

• Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up station, taking out trash

• Are punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance

• Contribute to a positive team environment

• Other duties assigned
