We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, development, and execution of our marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our projects are well-organized, results-driven, and aligned with our brand strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to support business goals and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and projects
Coordinate content creation, print and digital collateral, and marketing materials
Monitor campaign performance and compile reports to measure effectiveness
Support event planning and trade show logistics when applicable
Maintain internal marketing calendars and project timelines
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and communications
Collaborate with vendors, designers, and other partners as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with project management tools and marketing analytics is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
