Overview

Element has an opportunity for a NDT - Ultrasonic Inspector Trainee, Level I and Level II (Various shifts) to perform Testing using specific techniques on aerospace products.

Responsibilities

  • Perform calibrations, nondestructive tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications
  • Accurately record results and associated data of nondestructive tests and evaluations
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Skills / Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Ability to read and interpret information, write legibly, take accurate measurements from a tape measure, present numerical data
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly 
  • Sufficient vision, either natural or corrected, with ability to pass annual vision exams
