Duties & Responsibilities:	Job Summary The Network Analyst will perform a variety of tasks related to providing support for desktop; server; and network environments. Duties Install, upgrade, and support Server and Computer hardware/software Assist with planning and implementation of IT projects as directed Analyze system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests on operating system and hardware to detect problems Initiate preventive maintenance on systems and be capable of repairing issues as they arise Strong experience with enterprise networking solutions including WAN, LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies Experience with VMWare virtual server and workstation environments Collaborate with vendors as directed Mentor others in the performance of their job duties where applicable Communicate effectively with all contacts Accept and adapt easily to change Support all company policies and procedures Performs other duties as assigned
Other Info:	Functional Demands Lifting generally not more than 50 lbs. and/or carrying objects weighing 25 lbs. Standing requirements- 1-3 hours day with frequent walking, bending, and stooping.
