Job Description
The Plant Maintenance Manager is to provide a committed and high level of technical service, working in partnership with the Unit Plant Manager and the Quality Manager to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality and efficiency.
The Plant Maintenance Manager will:
Plan preventive maintenance on equipment, scheduling repairs and upgrades while simultaneously working to maximize plant uptime.
Assists in implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure the safety and quality of work performed by maintenance and production personnel.
Provide a high level of technical service to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality
The Plant Maintenance Manager should have:
Strong background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
Experience in using CMMS systems.
Strong Computer skills
The ability to oversee, schedule, and train personal
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience/training
The ability to work at various heights in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or additional training (military, apprenticeship, trade school) is preferred
Experience in a maintenance leadership position in manufacturing
Effective communication and people management skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $135,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
