What You’ll Do:
As a bartender at Islands, you will:
Create a fun and memorable dining experience for guests through urgency, connection, and outstanding guest service
Anticipate and attend to the needs of all guests
Ensure all drinks are made to Islands recipes and presentation standards
Participate in Islands Culture of Respect that promotes inclusion among all employees
