It has an annual extramural research budget of approximately of $3 Million. In addition, the Division is home to a thriving Master of Bioethics program that graduates approximately 40 students each year. More information about the Division is available at https://medicalethicshealthpolicy.med.upenn.edu/medical-ethics.

4.     Have a history of excellence as a teacher of bioethics and as a mentor

We are profoundly committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and seek candidates who share this commitment. We strongly encourage candidates from groups that have been underrepresented in medicine and related fields due to discrimination and structural barriers to apply.

Full consideration will be given to applications received by October 16th, 2023.

We seek candidates who embrace and reflect diversity in the broadest sense. The University of Pennsylvania is an EOE. Minorities/women/individuals with disabilities/protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
