- 24x7 Hana DB operational Support
- Monitoring (Performance, Resource utilization – CPU, Memory, Network, Space, Services, Alerts)
- Database / Log Backups
- Database restore / recovery
- Issue Ticket Support / Resolution
- Escalation (as needed)
- Root Cause Analysis
- Database Software update
- System Replication (DR)
- Configuration Changes (Add/Remove nodes, system, database)
- DB Failover (HA)
- Data Management / Refreshes
- Performance Tuning
- New database / instance creation
- New Monitoring Implementations
- User / Security Management
- Database Audit Management
- Capacity / Sizing Review
- Batch Process Monitoring
- Participate design reviews
