24x7 Hana DB operational Support
Monitoring (Performance, Resource utilization – CPU, Memory, Network, Space, Services, Alerts)
Database / Log Backups
Database restore / recovery
Issue Ticket Support / Resolution
Escalation (as needed)
Root Cause Analysis
Database Software update
System Replication (DR)
Configuration Changes (Add/Remove nodes, system, database)
DB Failover (HA)
Data Management / Refreshes
Performance Tuning
New database / instance creation
New Monitoring Implementations
User / Security Management
Database Audit Management
Capacity / Sizing Review
Batch Process Monitoring
Participate design reviews
