The Learning and Development Manager at Semiconductor Company Arizona plays a pivotal role reporting to the Head of Human Resources. As a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of extensive experience, you will spearhead and execute L&D strategies, setting the direction for leadership development, organizational trustworthiness, and market leadership of Semiconductor Company.

This role demands exceptional communication (both written and verbal), outstanding organizational skills, and highly effective interpersonal capabilities. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, demonstrating proactive leadership and a strong team ethic. As a proficient problem-solver, you effectively coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role as the Learning and Development Manager will encompass a diverse set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Strategic Direction: Develop and implement L&D strategy, policies, procedures, and annual plans to guide the company's L&D operations.

Partnership and Leadership: Collaborate with business executives, leaders, and various HR departments to understand business needs, foster leadership pipelines, and ensure succession planning.

Organizational Development: Develop, implement, and lead strategies for organizational development, aligning them with company goals.

Training Needs Analysis: Identify employee training needs and design appropriate training solutions that enhance organizational capabilities.

Training Program Development: Analyze complex concepts and design impactful training programs for employees at all levels, delivering engaging sessions both in-person and online.

Team Management: Provide leadership and management of the L&D team, ensuring high performance and efficient strategy implementation.

Performance Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of training programs, measure their impact, and coach and train individuals to take ownership of their development.

Budgeting and Compliance: Manage the L&D budget, supervise the quality of work, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Ensure collaboration between stakeholders, a pursuit of excellence, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in training methods.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize performance metrics strategically, drawing insights to inform decisions, and aligning objectives for impactful results.

Global Trends Awareness: Develop a perspective on global trends and their influence on clients and manage diverse viewpoints to achieve consensus and positive outcomes.

Ethical Conduct: Uphold the company's code of ethics and business conduct in all practices and interactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Educational Background: A Master’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, MBA, or related fields.

Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of defining and implementing strategy in a global/local environment, with strong leadership skills and a track record of successful training programs.

International Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing in at least two different countries.

Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills that maintain high performance and foster talent development.

Analytical Skills: Data-driven capabilities to influence and drive decisions, delivering improved efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

Adaptability: Proven experience in delivering results in a fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environment.

Technical Competence: Current working knowledge of corporate training systems, methodologies, and expertise in performance consulting and behavior modeling.

Software Proficiency: Mastery of MS Office suite and training systems for effective management and reporting.
