Our client is recognized for being on the leading edge of new investigations in healthcare, corporate research, and advanced technology. They have staffed 100 architects, planners, and interior designers in over 20 states and continue to expand.
You Will:
Manage all aspects of multiple small to mid-sized projects
Coordinate the administrative and technical efforts of a project
Assure efficient and cost-effective execution of projects
Estimate fees and determine the scope of services with the PIC
Prepare work plans with the PIC, communicate goals to the project team and manage the team, which includes consultants
Actively manages client budgets, scope, and schedules.
Manage all project financial performance indicators through Deltek, including monitoring and controlling the project budget and schedule.
Complete weekly timesheet line-item approvals
Update and revise work plans monthly
Prepare project review meetings
Support the timely invoicing of the work
Manage billing and account receivables
Prepare timely Additional Service Requests with input from Principal
Deliver projects at or above the expected profit margin
Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion
Advocate for design excellence with the client, consultants, and the firm by fostering a management plan that is structured around design goals
Execute quality control assurance in the project plan and ensure measures for quality control are included within the project fee
You Have:
BS or MS in Architecture, registration preferred
Minimum 8 years experience in architecture with a specific concentration in healthcare
Minimum 5 years managing healthcare projects
Technical proficiency and experience in detailing and specification writing
Demonstrate knowledge of complex building types both in new construction and renovation projects.
