Job Description
- Establish/Adapt best practice to configure robust automation solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users
- Responsible for developing/administering automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform to fulfill business needs/requirements. Work with the IT department from customer side
- Work closely with the customer stakeholders and the offshore team to design and implement the solution required
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in ServiceNow Development/Configuration
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Platform in implementing one or more applications/ modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog)
- Good experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs and JavaScript
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Prior experience in working onshore/offshore model
