**Position Overview:**

Currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Document Specialist at the Job Captain level to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be 100% focused on construction document production, overseeing the meticulous creation of drawings, specifications, and project documentation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong background in construction document production and a keen attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the production of construction documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and consultants to translate design concepts into detailed construction drawings.

- Manage project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of construction documents.

- Conduct thorough quality control reviews of drawings and specifications to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate the construction documentation process.

- Maintain clear and effective communication with project team members to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members involved in the construction document production process.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on construction document production.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs.

- Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of construction techniques and detailing.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Architectural licensure is a plus.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this position will be up to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
