Our Sodexo Strategic Internship Program - Culinary interns come from across the country to support our clients as bakers, cooks, pastry chefs, catering workers, sous chefs, and kitchen supervisors. Demonstrate your skills as a Sodexo intern at DC Public School located in Washington, DC as you rotate through the Sodexo-led food service operation. This includes cooking, menu tasting, food quality audits, marketing events, catering, kitchen prep, and supporting an all-you-can eat delivery system.

Critical Qualifications/ Competencies:

• Bring your basic knife skills
• Baking experience
• Food Safety knowledge
• Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year culinary program
