We are currently searching for a Sales Data Business Analyst.

This is a remote position with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data in conjunction with operational metrics to drive improvement of sales strategy and sales team engagement
  • Manage the contract process to ensure complete and timely submission of critical data and terms through each phase of the sales process
  • Create data models critical to the growth of sales
  • Partner with Finance and other cross functional teams to resolve data challenges identified through sales analysis
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – ability to translate large amounts of data, facts and figures into usable reports/understandable documents.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a sales organization in a data analyst or contract analyst role
  • Working knowledge of GPO industry preferred
  • Practical understanding of sales processes to provide effective data insights
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – ability to translate large amounts of data, facts and figures into usable reports/understandable documents”.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in all MS Office applications with advanced knowledge and experience with data analysis and reporting tools including Excel, PowerBI and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work independently.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.


Position Summary

Analyze sales data in conjunction with operational metrics to drive improvement of sales strategy and sales team engagement across the Entegra sales organization.

Manage Entegra sales team contract process to ensure complete and timely submission of critical data and terms through each phase of the sales process including bid proposal, contract negotiations, agreements and amendments; Engagement with sales leadership, client services, legal and finance teams.

20%

Create data models critical to the growth of sales; models include but are not limited to territory models, workload planning, etc.

Partner with finance team to resolve data challenges identified through sales analysis.

Present data and recommendations to all stakeholders including but not limited to Director of Sales Operations, Chief Sales Officer, Vice President of Enterprise or SMB Sales and adjacent teams including finance, marketing and client services


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
