Location: We are seeking two Training Coordinators for the for the New Orleans Convention Center.

Focus: Assists HR Team in organizing and conducting training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Identifies training needs. Understands training resources in Division. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress. Monitors effectiveness of programs. Generally, delivers training that is pre-prepared. Reports to HR Manager.

Basic Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic Management Experience - 3 years
  • Basic Functional Experience- 3 years in training Sodexo is an EEO/AA/Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran employer.

Skills: Microsoft Office, Office 365, HCM, Attendance on Demand, Applicant Pro.

Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
